RCCS is staffed with a team of referral specialists, each focusing on a specific category of cancer. Their up-to-date research of treatment options and clinical trials allows them to facilitate the care of each cancer patient with the best doctors and hospitals worldwide.
Insurance premiums
When a patient faces financial difficulties brought on by illness, RCCS will pay their insurance premiums, ensuring that every cancer patient is covered by the absolute best medical coverage that money can buy.
Insurance Advocacy
RCCS advocates on behalf of cancer patients whose insurance benefits may have been unfairly denied by insurance companies.
Medical Subsidies
RCCS offers emergency financial assistance to help defray deductibles, co-payments, emergency doctor visits, second opinions, and other expenses not covered by patients’ insurance policies.
Care Management
The care management department assists the medical referral staff with scheduling and coordination of appointments. They also help with other services such as finding accommodations near the hospital, arranging meals, transportation, gift platters and other services for the patient and family. They refer and connect the patient to other resources that are available in their community.
