Once a patient is admitted to a hospital, a new chapter of guidance is needed. To provide this, RCCS has devoted liaisons operating in many hospitals.
They are trained to establish a cordial rapport with doctors and staff, thereby enabling them to supervise the patient’s care in many different areas.
This includes dealing with difficult nurses, harried doctors with abrupt bedside manners, and at times even language communication difficulties. This service is a tremendous boon for the families of the patients.
They have a person to turn to in these unfamiliar surroundings and find the confidence to ask for and receive the best care the hospital has to offer.
